package.Working on a paper and used cat_all function and baseline_pvals_cat function quite a lot. Found some minor bugs and made a few other fixes to get it working smoother.

This is quite a big update. With the help of LLMs, I went through the back end of the code to make it faster and better. All of the functions have been improved in this way. The ability to generate reference data empirically has been added to several functions. The baseline pvalue functions have had more checks added based on Inspect SR- AI coding. I added a graphing function in case it was needed. Hopefully, the front end looks the same. Any bugs, let me know.
